RATES and FEES:

- $50.00 (non refundable)
Diagnostic Fee (paid in advance). After
diagnosing/troubleshooting, if you allow me to do the
upgrade/repair for you the diagnostic fee will be included in and
deducted from the total LABOR COST
- $20.00 covers round trip pick
up and delivery charges. Inside the Beltway only. Outside of the
Beltway is NEGOTIABLE. (Also non-refundable and paid in advance).
It also covers at SITE FEE. The way to avoid this fee is to
bring your computer in to me yourself for repairs.
- $50.00 hourly rate for LABOR
COST (If after diagnostics we do the work your diagnostic fee is
included in this cost)
